Outsourcing Senior – Hybrid – London

About the role

Pro-Finance is expanding its Outsourcing team and is looking for a confident, forward‑thinking Outsourcing Senior. This hybrid London role offers real progression towards a client‑facing advisory position.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review management accounts, bookkeeping files and month‑end packs.
• Act as the primary contact for a diverse, fast‑growth client portfolio (tech, fintech, property, hospitality, etc.).
• Gradually take on a review‑based role as you develop.
• Collaborate closely with in‑house and offshore delivery teams.
• Support systems implementations, process improvements and advisory projects.
• Build towards acting as an interim Finance Controller/Finance Director for clients.
• Gain early exposure to higher‑level client work and responsibility.

Required profile

• ACCA part‑qualified or newly qualified.
• Solid experience preparing management accounts and bookkeeping.
• Confident communicator with a relationship‑driven approach.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and eager to add value.

Required skills

• Xero (useful but not essential).
• CaseWare (useful but not essential).
