Overnight Kitchen Staff

About the role

Join our overnight team at Manchester Airport and help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service. You will work during the night to ensure a smooth start to the day for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all kitchen areas to high hygiene standards.
• Prepare kitchen stations and equipment for the morning service.
• Support the kitchen team by handling basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.

Required profile

• Fun, enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality.
• Over 18 years of age (younger candidates may be considered for other roles).
• Willingness to work night shifts (midnight to 5:59 am).
• Commitment to an inclusive, team‑oriented environment.
