Owner and Guest Experience Manager

About the role

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an inspiring Owner & Guest Experience Manager to own the complete journey for holiday‑home owners and their guests. You will champion outstanding service from the first hello to the final farewell, leading a dedicated team to deliver memorable experiences across our Bideford park.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer, using feedback, reviews and data to shape service improvements.
• Analyse trends, identify emerging issues and lead action plans that reduce escalations and boost satisfaction scores.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop a high‑performing, customer‑focused team.
• Take full accountability for handling owner and guest complaints in line with company policy.
• Plan, schedule and deliver a variety of owner and guest events, forums, drop‑ins and social activities.
• Collaborate with park teams and central functions to ensure a seamless, joined‑up experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and developing a customer‑focused team.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of how service excellence drives revenue.
• Excellent written and digital communication skills for guest‑facing communication.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
