P2P Manager

About the role

The P2P Manager will lead the procure‑to‑pay function for a well‑established organisation in Maidenhead. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and delivering efficient end‑to‑end processes across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team that operates daily P2P activities.
• Monitor and improve P2P performance using defined KPIs and reporting.
• Own the end‑to‑end P2P process, championing automation and technology adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Business, IS and BPO stakeholders to align functional requirements and support change initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices, regulations and SOX/internal audit requirements.
• Develop training materials and promote best‑practice adoption across regions.
• Assess business change impact on P2P and guide smooth implementation.

Required profile

• Proven ownership of the P2P process within a large organisation.
• Strong leadership and people‑management experience, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results and continuous improvement.
