Packaging and Processing Agent

About the role

The Processing and Packaging Agent is an essential role for processing and packaging harvested cannabis flower material. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that follows strict health and safety policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Process harvest flower material, including grating, sorting, weighing, and logging.
• Collect samples and perform quality tests.
• Safely transport products from the workspace to storage areas.
• Measure, package, label, and compare products against standards to ensure quality.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment and adhere to PPE expectations.

Required profile

• 1+ year of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced factory or production environment (2–3 years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a changing, challenging environment.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, kneel, perform repetitive hand actions, and lift up to 50 lb to torso level.
• Willingness to work around plant material, pollen, and dust.

• Proficiency with Windows‑based software.
