Packaging Designer & Artworker – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Packaging Designer & Artworker to join our Manchester team. The role blends physical product design with digital content creation, supporting brand growth across retail shelves and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trend‑led packaging concepts for multiple product categories and turn briefs into commercially effective designs.
• Create digital assets for e‑commerce sites, social media (Instagram, TikTok), email campaigns and web platforms.
• Partner with marketing to plan visual storytelling, maintain brand consistency and produce assets for paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with buying, sales, compliance and international suppliers to meet critical‑path deadlines.
• Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines and supports commercial objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of design experience in a consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, digital and campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating digital‑first content for e‑commerce and social platforms.
• Good awareness of design trends, commercial focus and attention to detail.
• Interest in photography or video content creation.
