Packing Assistant – Pharmacy Operations

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Packing Assistant to join our pharmacy team in central London. You will play a vital part in ensuring orders are packed accurately, safely and discreetly, supporting our commitment to convenient pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using established techniques.
• Load and unload inventory to maintain smooth stock flow.
• Keep the work area organised and clean.
• Perform heavy‑lifting tasks as required.
• Follow company SOPs, regulatory guidelines and quality‑control procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, shelf‑stocking and inventory counts.
• Support shipping and receiving to guarantee timely deliveries.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good physical health for standing long periods and lifting.
• Prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
