About the role
We are recruiting Packing Operatives for a fast‑paced warehouse in Cheltenham. The role follows a 4‑days‑on/4‑days‑off rotating shift pattern, combining daytime and night shifts. You will join a supportive team and help keep the packing department running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Remove finished products directly from the production line.
- Wrap and pack items to a high standard, using overhead cranes where required.
- Prepare goods for distribution and delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
Required profile
- Own a reliable vehicle for commuting.
- Motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not essential.
Required skills
- Overhead crane operation.

- Starting rate of £15.91 per hour, rising to £17.00 after skill sign‑off.
