About the role
We are looking for reliable Packing Process Operatives to join a modern food production site in Bishop's Stortford. The role involves working 12‑hour shifts on a 4‑on/4‑off rota, with the option to choose fixed day or night patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Handle ingredients and materials, including occasional manual lifting.
- Operate production and packing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the shift.
- Carry out clean and organised shift handovers.
- Communicate line production status and report process improvements.
Required profile
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work 12‑hour day or night shifts on a 4‑on/4‑off schedule.
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
