Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist

About the role

We are looking for qualified Speech and Language Therapists to deliver high‑quality assessments and interventions for children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This ad‑hoc, flexible position allows you to work independently while receiving guidance from our dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide SALT services on an ad‑hoc basis, typically ranging from 5 to 50 hours per academic year.
• Conduct assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions in children’s homes or educational settings.
• Produce clear, concise reports that support EHCP documentation.
• Collaborate with local authorities and education providers as required.

Required profile

• HCPC‑registered Speech and Language Therapist based in the United Kingdom.
• Experience working with children and young people, preferably with EHCP assessments or provision.
• Strong clinical reasoning and report‑writing abilities.
• Availability to work on weekdays.
