Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist – London

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in London. You will work primarily in school settings, with occasional clinic‑based and remote sessions, supporting children and young people to develop their communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat speech, language and communication difficulties in children and young people.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions in schools, clinics and via remote platforms.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Allocate protected administration and rest time to ensure high‑quality practice.

Required profile

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist, registered with the appropriate professional body.
• Experience working with paediatric populations, preferably in educational settings.
• Ability to work flexibly across full‑time and part‑time arrangements.
• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Salary up to £55,000 per year, dependent on experience.
