About the role

We are looking for a talented Paid Media Consultant to join a fast‑growing paid‑media agency serving ecommerce brands across the UK and abroad. The role is fully remote and offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonus and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage campaigns on Google, Meta, Amazon and Microsoft platforms.
• Write ad copy and brief creative teams when required.
• Analyse campaign performance using platform dashboards and Google Analytics.
• Use Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to understand broader user behaviour.
• Forecast performance, produce regular reports and optimise for profitability.
• Balance growth targets with client business goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Founder and internal team to expand the agency’s portfolio.

Required profile

• Opportunity‑driven individual with a passion for performance marketing.
• Experience managing paid‑media accounts for ecommerce clients.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
