Paid Media Designer

About the role

Superdrug is looking for a Paid Media Designer to blend creative digital design with hands‑on digital marketing execution. You will produce high‑quality, digital‑first assets for paid social, paid search, affiliate and blog campaigns, helping to drive engagement, traffic and revenue across Superdrug.com and the Superdrug app.

Key responsibilities

• Create channel‑first digital assets for paid media campaigns, including social, search, YouTube and retargeting.
• Support overflow work for website banners, landing page graphics and promotional visuals during peak periods.
• Develop and maintain best‑practice guides for digital asset creation in collaboration with paid‑media specialists.
• Produce and edit video content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Premiere and After Effects.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, trading and eCommerce teams to ensure visual consistency and commercial relevance.
• Participate in photoshoots, brief creatives and deliver shoot‑ready content.
• Analyse competitor activity and provide creative insights to optimise campaign performance.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented designer with a passion for eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Strong visual storytelling ability from concept through to final assets.
• Ability to work collaboratively across design, marketing, trading and product teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills
