Paid Media Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing luxury cruise brand as a Paid Media Executive. You will support the digital team in planning, executing and optimising paid campaigns across Google, Meta and emerging platforms, helping the company expand its reach and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with the global agency and internal Digital Manager to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Develop creative assets and ad copy in partnership with brand and studio teams.
• Analyse performance data, identify growth opportunities and challenge agency results.
• Prepare regular performance reports and monitor key KPIs.
• Support budget management and ensure spend aligns with targets.
• Research new paid channels and propose innovative ideas to enhance the paid media mix.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on paid media experience.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
