Paid Media Manager

About the role

The Paid Media Manager will lead the operational team across a portfolio of clients, handling reporting, activation, optimisation and analysis. You will also support senior management with training, new‑business audits and paid‑media strategy development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational team delivering paid‑media campaigns for multiple clients.
• Produce performance reports and conduct data‑driven optimisation.
• Activate and monitor campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Analyse results and provide strategic recommendations.
• Assist senior management with training new staff and conducting new‑business audits.
• Contribute to the development of paid‑media channel strategies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in paid media, paid search or performance marketing.
• Specialist knowledge of Google Ads and Meta/Facebook advertising.
• Strong operational mindset with excellent Excel and data‑analysis abilities.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced agency environment or a clear desire to work in an agency.
• Highly organised, process‑driven and innovative thinker.
