Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Iris, a global integrated agency, is looking for an enthusiastic Paid Media Specialist to join its Performance Marketing team. You will manage end‑to‑end paid media campaigns for a portfolio of B2C and B2B clients across travel, SaaS, real estate and other verticals, operating in the Americas, Europe and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management, optimisation and delivery of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn across multiple markets.
• Translate strategic briefs into high‑impact campaign execution, collaborating closely with Client Leads.
• Handle the full Search campaign lifecycle: build, keyword/audience setup, QA, tracking, optimisation, budget pacing, reporting and post‑campaign analysis.
• Brief and coordinate workflows to ensure efficient campaign builds, localisation and reporting.
• Analyse performance data from Google Analytics, Looker Studio and internal datasets, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prioritise and manage multiple markets, campaigns and deadlines while maintaining clear communication with internal and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience in setting up, optimising and analysing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Ability to work across global markets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on improving conversion rates, sales and ROAS.
• Collaborative attitude, able to partner with client and internal teams.
