Paid Media Specialist – Meta & Google (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist to own and optimise our retail advertising across Meta and Google. You will work within an ambitious in‑house marketing team, driving performance for a fast‑growing independent retailer based in Harlow.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Analyse campaign data, extract insights and implement actions to improve ROI.
• Produce campaign proposals and performance reports that influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with an external agency to ensure targets are met.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging digital trends.
• Work cross‑functionally with other marketing specialists, providing expertise and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing Meta and Google paid campaigns.
• Strong background in retail marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Sharp copywriting skills to craft compelling ad copy.
