Paid Media Strategy Specialist – Amazon (Edinburgh, hybrid)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead Amazon advertising performance for a growing international business. Based in Edinburgh with a hybrid working model, you will shape long‑term strategy, drive growth across multiple marketplaces and mentor a small team of PPC specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Amazon Advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
• Analyse campaign and commercial performance to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
• Design and lead testing programmes to optimise targeting, creative, automation and emerging ad formats.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, insight generation and performance.
• Lead, mentor and set priorities for a team of PPC specialists.
• Present performance insights, recommendations and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in‑house or agency‑side within an e‑commerce environment, focused on Amazon.
• Strong understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop PPC strategy and identify commercial growth opportunities.
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work autonomously.
