Paid Media Team Lead – PPC for Live Events

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Paid Media Team Lead to head a group of four Paid Media Buyers focused on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads. The role is fully remote, supporting immersive attractions, social venues and live festivals by driving ticket sales and bookings at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee full‑funnel paid‑media strategies across Meta, Google and TikTok to meet commercial targets.
• Guide Account Managers through planning, building, launching, testing and optimisation of campaigns.
• Maintain quality standards, step in to resolve platform issues and cover absences.
• Analyse team‑level performance, pressure‑test forecasts and make data‑driven investment decisions.
• Mentor, train and up‑skill the paid‑media team, including a dedicated QA Manager.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure consistent high‑quality delivery across the agency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a paid‑media team in a performance‑marketing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and structured analysis.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Charismatic, client‑centric communication style.
• Ability to manage 30‑40 client accounts simultaneously.
