About the role
Join an award‑winning growth marketing agency as a PPC / Paid Search Manager. You will combine strategy, creativity and data to build paid search campaigns that drive real business growth for home, garden and lifestyle brands.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and YouTube.
- Collaborate with Paid Social and Creative teams to shape integrated media strategies.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on how paid search fits into broader commercial objectives.
- Analyse performance data, generate insights and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing PPC / paid search campaigns for B2C brands.
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategy and communicate insights to clients.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast‑paced agency environment.
