Paid Search Specialist

About the role

At Domino's, paid search is critical for how millions discover, order and engage with the brand. As a Paid Search Specialist you will shape the performance of a key digital growth channel, driving customers to order via the website and app. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, working directly with platform partners such as Google and Microsoft.

Key responsibilities

• Own the paid search roadmap for Domino's UK, ensuring strong commercial performance.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across core and emerging biddable channels, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, to drive web and app orders.
• Produce campaign reporting, identify performance drivers and deliver clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead testing and experimentation initiatives, including AI‑powered formats and new platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with platform partners, agencies and internal teams.
• Collaborate with SEO, Media and wider Digital teams to align strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
• Support the development of measurement and incrementality frameworks.

• Ability to analyse performance data, identify opportunities and translate insights into action.

Required skills

• Experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads.
• Experience managing paid search campaigns on Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
• Experience running structured testing and experimentation.
