Paid Social Executive

About the role

The Paid Social Executive will own the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns for a fast‑growing UK fashion retailer. Working across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, you will help drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.
• Build, launch and optimise prospecting, retargeting and customer‑retention campaigns.
• Allocate and monitor budgets to align spend with commercial objectives.
• Analyse performance data, make data‑driven adjustments and identify scaling opportunities.
• Develop testing plans for audiences, creative formats, messaging and placements.
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams to produce high‑performing assets and brief creative requirements.
• Stay current with platform updates, emerging formats and paid‑social trends.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in e‑commerce, fashion or retail.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta, TikTok and Pinterest advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting and optimisation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC and conversion rate.
