Paid Social Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead the planning, activation and optimisation of paid social campaigns for a B2B agency in London. The role combines strategic ownership of campaigns with hands‑on execution across LinkedIn and Meta, serving a diverse portfolio of B2B and consumer clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy, activation and optimisation across a varied client portfolio.
• Manage lead‑generation and customer‑acquisition campaigns across multiple industries.
• Deliver best‑in‑class campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, with potential to expand to other channels.
• Analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships and lead performance discussions.
• Support and mentor junior team members, developing capability across the wider team.
• Collaborate with specialists across performance marketing to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of agency‑side paid media or performance‑marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn paid media campaigns.
• Strong experience running and optimising Meta campaigns.
• Proven success delivering lead‑generation campaigns for B2B clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
