Paid Social Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Social Manager to join a fast‑growing marketing team for a premium luxury brand. You will own the paid social strategy across global campaigns, ensuring the brand’s storytelling and commercial performance are tightly aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid social strategies on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, from audience planning to optimisation and reporting.
• Oversee budgets, maximise ROAS and protect premium brand positioning.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand and E‑commerce teams to produce visually compelling ads.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives and placements.
• Analyse performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager and Looker Studio.
• Produce actionable reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform innovations and luxury consumer trends.
• Work with external agencies and media partners as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing paid social campaigns, in‑house or agency side.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
• Deep understanding of paid‑social metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR.
• Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 and reporting tools.
• Passion for luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle or premium retail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
