Paid Social Manager – Media Network

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UK media and performance agency to expand their Paid Social team. As a Paid Social Manager you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of social advertising campaigns, working closely with senior stakeholders and platform partners to drive measurable results for high‑profile brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Translate media plans into effective campaign activation and execution.
• Monitor performance, provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations and support testing programmes.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, building trusted relationships.
• Deliver clear reporting, insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with wider digital and media teams on integrated campaigns.
• Manage budgets, forecast pacing and ensure best‑in‑class delivery.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Paid social experience gained within an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other key social advertising platforms.
• Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
