About the role

People Solutions Group Limited is recruiting a Paint Sprayer for a well‑established client in Skelmersdale. The position offers a rate of £17.67 per hour, ongoing work and clear pathways for progression within an industrial painting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up spray equipment and prepare work areas for painting operations.
• Match and mix colours according to manufacturers’ technical data.
• Apply primer, main and finishing coats using spray techniques.
• Utilise paint drying methods, perform quality checks and ensure a flawless finish.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment, paint booths and related tools.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Spray Painter, Industrial Painter or Powder Coater.
• Ability to operate and control spray equipment with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and practical hands‑on skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the initiative to solve problems.
• Basic mechanical awareness for equipment handling.
