About the role

Join a leading manufacturing client in Leighton Buzzard as a Paint Sprayer on a temporary, days‑only contract. You will apply high‑quality paint finishes to components, working within a dedicated Paint Cell to meet strict quality and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare components and work areas for painting with precision.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to guide painting tasks.
• Identify and document parts throughout the Paint Cell.
• Complete painting operations within set time frames to maintain workflow.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper storage of spraying equipment.
• Inspect finished components to verify they meet quality standards.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying wet paint finishes to components.
