Painter & Decorator – Exterior & Interior Refurbishment

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our teams on exterior renovation and internal redecoration projects across West London. The role involves working safely from scaffold on period buildings, delivering high‑quality finishes that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare walls, ceilings and timber surfaces to a finish‑ready standard.
• Carry out external renovation work including woodwork, masonry and metalwork from scaffold.
• Perform filling (Toupret), glazing, putty work with Dryseal and minor window care.
• Apply high‑quality finishes such as eggshell, emulsion, stain, varnish and gloss.
• Execute internal redecoration, wallpaper and lining paper hanging.
• Maintain a clean work area and clear up at the end of each day.

Required profile

• Painting & Decorating NVQ Level 2 (minimum).
• Blue CSCS card (Skilled Worker) or equivalent.
• Minimum five years’ experience on period exterior buildings and common parts.
• Confident and safe working from scaffold.
• Own professional tools, full PPE and good spoken English.
