Painter & Decorator – Full‑time in Luton

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team in Luton on a full‑time basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality painting and decorating work for residential and commercial projects, following a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming, to ensure a smooth finish.
• Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Install wallpaper and decorative finishes where required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate progress to supervisors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in painting and decorating.
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Own tools are preferred; a full UK driving licence is an advantage.
