About the role
We are seeking two experienced Painter & Decorators with a valid CSCS Card to join a six‑month social‑housing refurbishment project in Sunderland (SR3). The role starts immediately and involves a variety of interior painting tasks across kitchens, bathrooms and general communal areas.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and finish surfaces using emulsion and gloss paints.
- Carry out refurbishment painting for kitchens and bathrooms.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
- Coordinate with the project team to meet daily targets.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Own tools, transport and white‑goods (whites).
- Ability to provide two recent work references.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑4:30 pm with a 30‑minute lunch break.
Required skills
- Emulsion painting.
- Gloss painting.
