About the role
We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team in Luton, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects. The role requires a full UK driving licence and a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality finishes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating.
- Apply paint, finishes and decorative coatings.
- Install wallpaper and other decorative treatments.
- Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence.
- Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

What we offer
- Salary £39,000‑£41,000 per year, dependent on experience.
