Panel Beater / MET Technician - 4 on 4 off shift

About the role

We’re looking for a MET Technician to join our team and play a key role in Activate Accident Repair. The position involves dismantling and reassembling accident‑damaged vehicles to manufacturers’ specifications and delivering high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Remove damaged components from vehicles in preparation for repair or paint work.
• Refit repaired or replaced components to restore the vehicle to its pre‑accident condition.
• Deliver work that meets the highest quality standards and manufacturer repair times.
• Report any faults or defects discovered while working on vehicles.
• Accurately record all components, materials and consumables used.

Required profile

• ATA / NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Good communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Relevant industry experience as a repair technician.
