About the role

Join Enterprise Flex‑E‑Rent’s bodyshop in Southampton and use your panel beating expertise to keep a commercial vehicle fleet looking its best. This full‑time, permanent position offers a supportive environment with clear pathways for progression.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs to Enterprise standards, ensuring high‑quality finish.
• Perform repairs following Thatcham methods and adhere to risk assessments, SSOW, COSHH and manual‑handling procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training to meet BSI standards, with company support.
• Complete all job‑related paperwork accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Recognised vehicle body repair qualification.
• Minimum three years post‑apprenticeship experience.
• Full UK/Ireland/EU manual driving licence.
• Enthusiasm for personal growth and willingness to undertake in‑house and external training.
