Panel & MET Technician – Structural Body Repairs

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Panel & MET Technician to join our bodyshop team in Sheffield. You will perform high‑quality structural repairs on BMW vehicles, ensuring each job meets our strict standards and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Remove and replace mechanical, electrical, and trim components.
• Carry out structural body repairs and panel alignment.
• Replace windscreens and perform related glass work.
• Conduct diagnostic investigations to identify repair needs.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, to maintain customer service levels.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Panel/MET Repair Technician (essential).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced bodyshop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high repair standards.
• Effective time‑management and organisational skills.
