Paralegal – Commercial Litigation & Arbitration

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join the disputes team of a leading international law firm in London. Working closely with a senior Partner, you will gain hands‑on experience in high‑value commercial litigation and international arbitration matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial litigation and arbitration matters from inception to resolution.
• Assist with case preparation, document review, evidence management and bundle creation.
• Prepare chronologies, legal correspondence and other court‑related documents.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, courts and tribunals.
• Assist with hearings, filings and arbitration preparation.
• Maintain and organise case files and document repositories.

Required profile

• Previous paralegal experience, preferably in litigation, arbitration or commercial disputes.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
• Proactive and professional approach with strong written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Experience using document review platforms (desirable).
