Paralegal / Document Review – Remote (£20‑£21/hr)

About the role

We are seeking experienced paralegals to join a high‑profile AI legal project on a contract basis. The role is fully remote but requires the candidate to be based in the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research of primary law sources, including case law and statutes.
• Identify and assess legal authority relationships such as overruling, compliance, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare clear, concise summaries and annotations of legal findings.
• Maintain high productivity while meeting accuracy and volume targets.
• Annotate data, review AI‑generated outputs, and provide feedback to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving legal technology.

Required profile

• Demonstrated strong primary law research skills.
• Proven experience analysing legal authority relationships.
• Excellent legal writing with focus on clarity and conciseness.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Ability to work independently while meeting production goals.

Required skills

• Legal research technology proficiency.
• Experience with database‑driven legal work.
• Familiarity with AI or machine‑learning concepts (optional).
