Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our residential conveyancing team in Blackburn. You will work on a variety of property transactions from start to post‑completion, supporting both experienced and newer clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold conveyancing matters.
- Process new‑build, shared‑ownership and help‑to‑buy transactions.
- Manage re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and related documentation.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
Required profile
- Qualified, part‑qualified or qualified by experience as a paralegal.
- Strong interest in residential property law and a desire to progress within a supportive firm.
- Ability to work accurately through the full conveyancing cycle.
