Paraplanner – Client Services Executive in Wealth Management

About the role

Our client is a chartered independent wealth planning firm based near Leatherhead, serving high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) families across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London. They are creating a brand‑new Client Services Executive/Paraplanner position to support their growing client base and deliver end‑to‑end financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive reports on a range of financial products, including pensions, investments, tax planning and retirement solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for existing client accounts, liaising with providers and clients.
• Assist in compiling advice documentation and cash‑flow models for HNW and UHNW clients.
• Collaborate with the client services team and operations professionals to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Currently studying towards a Level 4 diploma (CII, CISI or LIBF) and committed to ongoing CPD.
• Pragmatic, organised and able to “muck in” within a busy office environment.
• Strong interest in wealth management and financial planning for high‑value clients.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Intelligent Office software.
• Experience using Voyant cash‑flow modelling tools.
