Paraplanner – Complex Financial Planning

About the role

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a genuine Paraplanner who enjoys working on complex financial planning cases. You will collaborate closely with advisers to develop holistic client strategies, focusing on research, technical analysis and high‑quality recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with advisers on complex client cases.
• Conduct detailed research and technical planning analysis.
• Produce thoughtful, high‑quality financial planning recommendations.
• Support inheritance tax, trust and estate planning work.
• Contribute actively within a collaborative paraplanner team.

Required profile

• Experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning firm.
• Strong technical foundation in complex financial planning.
• Exposure to inheritance tax and estate planning.
• Working towards or holding relevant financial planning qualifications.
• Motivation to grow and deepen technical expertise.
