Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support (Hybrid)

About the role

A well‑established, fast‑growing financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its national paraplanning function. This hybrid position offers a supportive environment for qualified or part‑qualified professionals looking to develop a long‑term career in financial advice delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and cash‑flow modelling.
• Prepare suitability reports and comprehensive financial planning documentation.
• Support advisers with technical research and recommendation preparation.
• Utilise financial planning and back‑office systems to model client scenarios.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client records.

Required profile

• Qualified or working towards the CII Level 4 Diploma.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and personal tax.
• Previous experience in paraplanning or financial planning support.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Confident written and verbal communicator.
• Comfortable meeting deadlines in a regulated environment.
