Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support (Hybrid)

About the role

We are an established, client‑referral‑driven financial planning firm in Central London seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our close‑knit advisory team. You will provide high‑quality paraplanning support across the business, helping advisers deliver first‑class outcomes for clients while following a clear pathway toward becoming a Financial Adviser.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare compliant suitability reports and client review documentation.
• Conduct technical research and analysis on pensions, investments and protection products.
• Assist advisers with recommendations and financial planning strategies.
• Liaise with advisers and team members to ensure excellent client outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and technical accuracy.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team‑focused working environment.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma qualified.
• 3–4+ years paraplanning experience in a financial planning environment (exceptional candidates with slightly less experience may be considered).
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Excellent report‑writing and research abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team‑oriented with a genuine focus on client outcomes.
• Ambition to develop and progress within a growing business.
