Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support

About the role

This position is with an independent financial planning firm in the North East, supporting advisers by delivering high‑quality technical work. The role is fully office‑based, offering a collaborative environment for a dedicated Paraplanner. Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, compliant suitability reports and recommendations for clients.
• Research and analyse pensions, investment and protection products.
• Assist advisers with technical queries and maintain accurate client records.
• Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth implementation of advice.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or independent firm.
• Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or progress towards it.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
