Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support

About the role

This Paraplanner position is with a fast‑growing financial planning firm. You will work closely with advisers to produce high‑quality research, suitability reports and cash‑flow models, helping the business meet rising client demand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and conduct detailed financial research.
• Support advisers on new and existing client work, including cash‑flow modelling.
• Produce and interpret cash‑flow models to inform client recommendations.
• Meet tight deadlines in a busy, multi‑office environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices using Teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial services.
• Strong cash‑flow modelling experience.
• Desirable experience with IO or similar financial planning systems.
• Familiarity with various financial planning software tools.

What we offer

• Salary £40,000‑£50,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working – typically three days in the office and two days remote.
