Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well‑established financial planning business in Marlow. You will work closely with advisers, supporting them from research through to recommendation and implementation of client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical research and analysis for financial advisers.
• Prepare high‑quality suitability reports and recommendations.
• Build and maintain cash‑flow models.
• Assist with complex financial planning queries and calculations.
• Attend client meetings when required and document outcomes.
• Manage client requests such as withdrawals, contributions, and policy amendments.
• Process new business and support ongoing case management.
• Liaise professionally with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Previous paraplanning experience in a financial planning environment.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Professional, trustworthy and proactive attitude.
