Paraplanner – High Net Worth Family Office

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading family office in London, supporting high and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients with complex wealth planning needs. You will work on multi‑generational cases involving trusts, offshore structures and sophisticated tax strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality suitability reports and technical analysis for complex, high‑value cases.
• Support advisers with cash‑flow modelling, inheritance tax (IHT) and trust planning, and investment strategy for HNW and UHNW clients.
• Liaise directly with advisers and, when required, with clients to shape bespoke advice.
• Utilise advanced planning tools and collaborate with the research function to deliver senior‑level solutions.

Required profile

• Proven paraplanning experience within HNW, private client or family‑office environments.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or higher) – progression to Chartered status supported.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and tax planning for complex client situations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to operate at pace on high‑value cases.
