Paraplanner – High‑Net‑Worth Wealth Management (Leatherhead)

About the role

Join a Chartered boutique wealth management firm that advises high‑net‑worth individuals, retirees, business owners and families across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London. The Paraplanner will work closely with advisers to support the full advice process and develop technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports for pensions, investments and protection products.
• Conduct technical research and analysis.
• Assist in constructing financial planning recommendations.
• Liaise with product providers and clients as required.
• Manage existing client accounts and service requirements.
• Support advisers with ongoing financial planning work.
• Assist with cash‑flow modelling and financial planning analysis.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Paraplanning or technical support role.
• Actively studying towards, or already holding, a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII, CISI or LIBF).
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning principles.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
