Paraplanner – Home Based Financial Planning Support

About the role

Our client is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning team on a home‑based basis. You will work closely with Financial Advisers to produce high‑quality, compliant advice for clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, FCA‑compliant suitability reports.
• Conduct research and analysis on pensions, investments and protection products.
• Support advisers in developing tailored financial planning strategies.
• Gather, verify and maintain client information and fact‑find data.
• Liaise with providers, clients and internal teams to obtain necessary documentation.
• Assist with cashflow modelling using financial planning tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments, legislation and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Paraplanner or similar technical support role.
• Diploma in Financial Planning (or actively working towards it).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
