Paraplanner – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)

About the role

The Paraplanner will support wealth advisers in delivering high‑quality, technically robust financial advice. Working in a collaborative, specialist‑focused team, you will contribute directly to client outcomes and help shape firm‑wide standards. The position is based in London with a hybrid schedule – three days in the office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans alongside Client Relationship Managers and Directors, tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Provide technical analysis and professional judgement on existing financial and legal arrangements.
• Build and maintain detailed cash‑flow models, testing assumptions, scenarios and long‑term outcomes with advisers.
• Prepare suitability letters, financial plans and client‑specific documentation.
• Attend client meetings, when appropriate, to support the advice process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with relevant products, solutions and planning techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 4 qualification, working towards or already Chartered status.
• Significant experience in a paraplanning role within a regulated, high‑net‑worth environment.
• Proven ability to apply technical product knowledge pragmatically to client situations.
