Paraplanner – Hybrid, Full‑time or Part‑time

About the role

We are supporting a wealth management firm that values holistic financial planning. As a Paraplanner you will work in a hybrid setting, delivering research, detailed recommendation reports and ensuring client solutions are compliant with long‑term objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare research and analysis for client financial plans.
• Draft detailed recommendation reports for advisers.
• Ensure all client solutions meet regulatory compliance and align with client goals.
• Support advisers with technical and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma (CISI, CII or LIBF) qualified or working towards.
• Proven paraplanning experience in an advisory or wealth‑management environment.
• Strong understanding of investment, tax planning and regulatory frameworks.
• Junior paraplanners with the right attitude will also be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial planning software.
• Experience using CRM systems (IO).
