Paraplanner – Hybrid role in Devon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a leading wealth management firm in Devon on a hybrid basis. Working closely with Financial Planners, you will provide high-quality planning support and help deliver tailored advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
• Assist Financial Planners in developing client-focused advice.
• Research and analyse pensions, investments, tax-efficient strategies and protection products.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax-efficient planning and protection.
• Excellent suitability report writing skills.
